about
Fashion is not based on a structure, there are no rules, no guide lines, nor is there anyone to tell you how to dress.
It is individualized, or to put it simply, it is an art. Art is based on opinion, and that is the beauty of constructing things together.
It is creative and it portrays you.

St. Thomas high school may just be your average Joe high school, but deep within its corridors walk real fashionistas, waiting to be discovered and recognized for their talent of fabricated art.
As young individuals we are young, striving to find our purpose, ourselves as well, and through this journey of self-finding, teenagers tend to experiment with their sense of style.
They tend to waver from Bohemian, Chic, Classic, Rocker, Punk, and Preppy.
Their feet can be accessorized with the most darling pair of shoes, boots, sandals, or flats, and jewelry plays a huge role as well, tying everything up together.

We, as a group, have decided to show case the many looks, styles and original themes of our school’s female fashionistas, to express their very soul and imagination.
Girls have been chosen in particular because the fashion world is broader for this specific gender; nevertheless boys still have a huge background of fashion.
Women have the tendency to change their clothing often but as well as their sense of trend.
Girls also seem to have a shoe fetish, so that sub category will be interesting enough, and accessories that list from jewelry to purses to head gear is more than an adventure in the fashion world itself.
We wish to show that the variety of clothing is not to be frowned upon, but to simply be acknowledged, and hopefully embraced and accepted by our peers.
Celebrating unique outlooks is worth noticing.

This St.Thomas fashionista in particular always has something glamorous to wear. Why did we pick this particular outfit? To show that the fashionistas of the school can wear simplicity to its finest.
Here we have student Taylor Marshall wearing a light weight deep blue top. Almost saphire coloured with a limpy bow at the corner of her left shoulder. Bows are very in, and have been for a while, portraying a sense of femininity on the wearer. The fact that it is lanky is for the perfection of bow making is not something to fuss over. When the bow falls, is delicate, and has a tinge of innocence wrapped around it. Taylor is wearing a pair of black leggings to finish off the outfit, keeping her cool colours together, and not bothering to go over the top with crazy jewlery or designs. It holds an every day look, and it's perfect for school!
She bought her top from Winners, a very reasonably priced store for the majority of us, and her leggings from Simons, showing quality and style.
